Cancellations and Refunds

For every package a 50% non-refundable retainer payment is required. The remaining payment is due after all work has been approved and signed off and before production. If you choose to cancel your order before printing, further payment is not required so long as no other design services have been added to your package or additional elements have been procured. If your order has been sent to production, no refunds will be issued.
